The document is then discussed, expert feedback is provided, and the next steps are agreed which form the basis of our partnership.

Once formally engaged, the second phase of discovery begins. Building upon the insights gained from the diagnostic document, our specialist coaches spend time with your team to dive deeply into their strengths and weaknesses, helping us assess your needs further and shape your training programme.

Design
