Information we may collect from and about you

Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our Site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our Site or Applications or when you visit us in person we will automatically collect the following information:

We share your personal information with:

  • Any member of our company, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.

  • Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you. Legal basis for this disclosure is that it is necessary for performance of the contract between us;
  • Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our Site and Applications and subject to the cookie section of this policy and your consent;
  • Credit reference agencies for the purpose of assessing your credit score where this is a condition of us entering into a contract with you. Legal basis for this disclosure is that the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.

Legal basis for this processing is that it is in our legitimate interests.
  • if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of supply terms and other agreements with you. Legal bases for this disclosure will depend upon the nature of the disclosure but may be the fulfilment of a contract with you or a third party, compliance with a legal obligation; or the pursuit of our legitimate interest to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Office Group, our customers, or others.
